1970's
The highly enthusiastic Walklett Brothers have produced a variety of competition and road cars over the years, the most successful of which is without doubt the rear-engined, Imp-powered G 15, over 500 of which were made.
But in 1979, back in their original factory, they were primarily concerned with refurbishing G15s and developing their new open-topped glass-fibre sports car, the G23, which was powered by the Ford 2.8 litre fuel injection engine.
