La Lamborghini Silhouette est dévoilée au salon de Genève en 1976.
   Ce modele est une évolution de l'Urraco, et était plutot déstinée au marché américain.
   54 voitures furent produitent, et aucunes pour les USA.

   After a few prototypes derived from other models, Lamborghini finally decided to produce a car with a removable roof. The Urraco Chasis was used as a starting point for this new project. The Silhouette was introduced at the March 1976 Geneva auto show, where it received a favorable reception. The interior design of the Silhouette resembled the Urraco, but it was a strict two seater. Its exterior had a more aggressive appearance, while it interior contained gauges that were easier to read. It could travel from 0 to 60mph in seven seconds. The Silhouette could not be sold in the United States because it did not meet the new, stricter safety and anti-pollution legislation. Production was halted in 1978 after only 58 were built.
